Can we have a real conversation for a second?
I know you’ve felt this. That overwhelming, never-ending sense of “I don’t have enough time.” It’s a feeling that most of us are all too familiar with, and it’s become the default excuse for not doing the things that really matter.
Maybe you’re saying things like:
✨ “I don’t have time for my business.”
✨ “I don’t have time to pray or reflect.”
✨ “I don’t have time for my health.”
✨ “I don’t have time to create the life I actually want.”
We all get caught up in the rush.
The hustle.
The never-ending to-do lists.
The constant “next thing” we need to check off.
But let me ask you… does that really feel like it’s moving you forward? Or does it feel more like you’re on a hamster wheel, running as fast as you can and getting nowhere?
Here comes the 180… You’re not stuck because of time.
You’re stuck because you’re not owning where your time is going.
So many women I work with believe they just need to manage their time better. And yes, time management tools can be helpful. But the real question you need to ask yourself is: What am I prioritizing?
You don’t need more hours in the day. You need to decide what’s most important, and then own it.
How much of your time are you giving away to things that don’t move the needle? How much are you giving to the distractions that keep you from the work that really matters? You know, the work that God has placed on your heart to do?
It’s time to take full ownership of your time and your priorities. When you do that, your entire life shifts.
Stop “managing” your time. Start OWNING it.
I’ve seen this happen with countless clients, and it’s happened in my own life too. When I started to get intentional about where I was spending my energy and aligned that with my true priorities, things shifted so fast. And when I say “shifted,” I mean doors opened, clarity came in, and I was finally able to make progress in my business and personal life without that overwhelming sense of “I don’t have time.”
This is what we do in the 180 Method. We stop managing. We stop “trying” to get everything done. We start owning our time, our priorities, and most importantly, the life God is calling us to create.
If you’re tired of running on the hamster wheel of time-management hacks and you’re ready to step into ownership of your time and energy (so you can start creating the life you’ve been praying for) I’d love to help.
