You know how people always say, “Just take action!” as if that’s the solution to everything?

Let me tell you something…

Action alone won’t get you where you want to be.

It’s a hard truth, but it’s one that I’ve had to learn myself, and it’s something I see so many people struggle with, especially in their healing journey.

I’ve been there, doing all the things. I pushed, I hustled, I stayed busy, thinking that if I just kept moving forward, I’d eventually heal. But all that did was burn me out. And I know you’ve been there too.

You’ve probably been working on yourself, trying to make progress, but something’s still missing, right? You feel stuck, like the more action you take, the further you seem from true peace.

That’s because healing isn’t just about doing MORE.

I had a conversation with Angie, one of my 180 Method coaches, and we dove into something incredibly important: healing requires grieving what’s been buried.

The truth is, action without healing is just a DISTRACTION. You can work harder, show up more, and push through it all, but if you don’t deal with the emotional wounds you’ve been carrying, you’ll never truly break free.

Here’s the thing… I know you’re tired.

You’re tired of feeling like you have to keep proving yourself, tired of hustling for your worth, tired of waiting for everything to be perfect before you make your move.

So let me ask you:

✨ What’s been buried in your heart that you’ve been avoiding?

✨ What wound from your past still quietly controls the way you show up today?

✨ Are you ready to stop running from it and finally face it head-on?

This is what I want you to really think about today. Action won’t heal you until you give yourself permission to grieve and process what’s holding you back.

If you keep pushing through without healing those core wounds, you’ll stay stuck in the same 360 cycle, no matter how much action you take.

Now, if you want to know more about why this happens and what you can do about it, I invite you to listen to this Decide to Heal podcast episode, where Angie opens up about her own struggles with feeling like a fraud and the shame she carried for years.

In this episode, Angie and I get vulnerable about:

✨ Why action alone won’t lead to healing (and what you should be doing instead).

✨ The importance of grieving what’s been buried in your past.

✨ How healing comes when you finally allow yourself to be seen and believed.

✨ The power of truth-telling, even when it feels uncomfortable.

I want you to remember this… healing isn’t just about moving forward. It’s about creating space for the pain you’ve been avoiding and letting it go, so you can truly step into your power.
