I’m beyond excited to share a special episode of the Decide to Heal podcast with someone who is so incredibly dear to me… my beautiful daughter, Mia.

Mia has grown into a wise, beautiful, and strong woman, and I couldn’t be prouder of the woman she is becoming. 💕

In this episode, we dive into a topic that has deeply impacted both of our lives: body image and self-worth.

Mia opens up about a pivotal moment, the day of her baptism. A day that should’ve been filled with joy and celebration, but instead, she found herself struggling with negative thoughts about her appearance.

Her feelings weren’t about the spiritual significance of the moment but about how she felt about her body.

And this is where the enemy does his work, he convinces us that our worth is determined by our bodies, our appearances, or the numbers on the scale.

But as Mia shares, our worth in Christ has nothing to do with how we look or feel. It’s unconditional.

✨ Your value is rooted in God’s love for you.

✨ Healing doesn’t come from conforming to the world’s standards, it comes from accepting who you are in Him.

The love and worth you have in Christ are unconditional. They don’t depend on anything external.

Mia also shares something incredibly powerful, choosing to be a victor instead of a victim. And this message is for all of us, no matter where we are on our healing journey. It’s a reminder that we don’t have to be defined by past struggles.

This conversation was truly a gift, and I’m so honored that Mia agreed to share her story with you.

🎧 Tune in to hear Mia’s powerful story in her own words. I promise this episode will resonate deeply with anyone who has ever felt like they don’t measure up or struggle with body image.
