Everywhere you look today, there’s a message about self-love. “Love yourself first,” “Repeat these positive affirmations,” “You are enough.”
While all these messages are beautiful, let’s take a moment to dive deeper…
We’ve been taught to focus on surface-level solutions, like repeating “I am lovable” over and over as if that’s enough.
But the truth is… those affirmations alone won’t bring the deep, lasting change we truly NEED.
I’ve found that the missing piece in the self-love puzzle is something we don’t talk about enough: divine connection.
True self-love isn’t about looking in the mirror and simply saying “I love you” every day.
It’s about aligning yourself with something greater than just you.
It’s about being anchored in His love, the only love that can truly heal, guide, and transform you.
So, let’s get real.
Instead of just repeating “I am worthy,” why not surrender the part of you that thought you weren’t worthy to begin with? Why not see yourself through the eyes of God?
He isn’t looking at you saying…”wow look how worthy she is”. He is looking at you through the eyes of love. Period.
He is the one who designed you with purpose, love, and greatness. Your worthiness isn’t based on your actions, your job, or your appearance, it’s rooted in who He says you are.
When we invite Him into our self-love journey, we stop relying on temporary fixes and start building a foundation that’s unshakable.
It’s time to stop settling for the quick-fix bandaids that the world hands us and step into a more meaningful, divinely guided self-love journey.
If you’re ready to go beyond temporary fixes and do the deep, soul-level healing you need, I invite you to watch my mini-documentary, “Healing Lasts Forever! Dealing With Symptoms Only Last Until The Next Time You Are Stuck.”
In it, I share how the 180 Method® helps you move past the surface-level solutions, so you can heal from the root and experience lasting transformation.
Let’s dive deep and embrace the healing that leads to lasting change, starting with a love that goes beyond affirmations.
