By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive marketing, informational, or promotional text messages (SMS and MMS) from The Baller Coach using an automatic or manual system. 5. Daily Prime SMS Subscription Service

We offer a subscription service that may provide daily or periodic SMS messages (“Daily Prime”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this service at our sole discretion without prior notice.



6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

  • Payment: You agree to pay the fees agreed upon at the time you purchase any of our products or services.
  • Refund Policy: We provide a 30-day refund policy on our 180 Method to Mastering Life Group Coaching Program. If you have questions, please contact us before purchasing.
  • Non-Payment: We may terminate your access to our services if you fail to make any required payment.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Baller Coach and its representatives shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us for Services.



8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Baller Coach, its affiliates, and respective officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Website or Services, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.



9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any actions involving these Terms & Conditions. You may also be required to settle disputes through binding arbitration as outlined in our full Terms of Use.



10. Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Arbitration or court proceedings shall not be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties.



11. Severability

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
